We took our laborious recipe of hand zesting and juicing all of the lemons and limes and infusing them into our kettle soured brew – which we have done for the last 3 summers – and then added yet more citrus. Namely, the lovely, slightly sweet clementine orange. We zested and juiced them as well and added that into the mix. And as an added bonus, it rhymes! The citrus is definitely kicked up, and the sweetness adds a really nice compliment to the tart lemon and lime flavour. We really think we made this patio beer a little more crushable.
